Making Applesauce? Here's what you need....
Making applesauce alone or with family is so much fun and easy. What I find helps with the process is the following tools that I have used, and continue to use. They've been tried and tested many times. The apple peeler saves times and so easy to use. Cuisinart knives are strong and durable. Don't want to wreck your countertop, so a cutting board is always recommended. Of course, I use the measuring cups, just to ensure I don't add too much liquid. I prefer to cook the apples in a Dutch oven. Very convenient and versatile for cooking. A good wooden spoon sure helps to mix up the apples so that the applesauce comes out nice and delicious!
